Enduring Peace Counseling

A safe place to accept the past, navigate the present, and find hope for the future.

About Liz Pszanka:

Welcome, I’m Liz Pszanka of Enduring Peace Counseling, holding master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Education. I’m a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) with a passion for helping people find strength and calm amid life’s storms.I named this practice Enduring Peace because I believe peace is what we all truly long for. Life can be messy with relationships, trauma, loss, addiction, transitions, and we rarely control the hardships that come. Yet peace doesn’t have to be fleeting or reserved only for perfect seasons. It can be an inner anchor, something we protect and cultivate so the world can’t rob us of it. That’s the kind of peace I help my clients build: resilient, grounded, and lasting. After 31 years as a U.S. Air Force veteran, much of it spent advocating for survivors of military sexual trauma, I carry a special heart for veterans and those carrying the weight of PTSD. Yet my practice welcomes everyone: teens finding their way, parents in every season of life, professionals navigating stress, parolees rebuilding, and anyone healing from trauma or addiction. My style is often described as compassionate yet strong. I create a safe, respectful space with no judgment—just honest guidance, purposeful listening, and thoughtful questions that invite deeper reflection. I help you uncover your triggers, challenge old patterns, and build practical tools so you can choose your responses rather than react. My goal is to support you in knowing yourself better, advocating for your needs, and stepping into the resilient person you’re capable of becoming. If faith is important to you, I’m glad to integrate Christian principles into our sessions. Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to walk with you toward healing, hope, and enduring peace.
